By signing up for a MECLABS AI Guild membership you agree to be billed monthly or annually (depending on which plan you selected) at the rate you selected.

You can cancel online, anytime by logging into your account at https://meclabs.com/course/student-login/, then visit your account subscriptions, or simply emailing service@meclabs.com

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before subscribing to our services. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your subscription with us.

You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees using the payment method provided, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. c. You are responsible for managing your subscription and updating your payment information to ensure uninterrupted service.
5. Cancellation and Termination: a. You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedures outlined on our website or by contacting our customer support. b. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of the current subscription period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods. c. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription, without prior notice, for violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property: a. All intellectual property rights related to the subscription services, including but not limited to content, trademarks, and copyrights, belong to us or our licensors. b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the subscription services unless expressly permitted in writing by us.
7. Limitation of Liability: a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the subscription services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. b. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your subscription or use of the subscription services.
8. Privacy and Data Protection: a. We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By subscribing to our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
