A catalyst for optimized sales and marketing ROI around
the globe
The MECLABS Institute helps companies in two ways — through education and Research Partnerships.
Rather than depend on universities for grant money, MECLABS partners with key companies and conducts major experiments. MECLABS has tested more than 20,000 paths discovering the decision patterns that lead to a “yes” in real-world experimentations with our Research Partners. By applying MECLABS customer-first science, we help Research Partners better serve their customers while increasing revenue.
Last year, our average test with one of the world's largest banks produced a 108% conversion increase. This is not uncommon — many of our Partners see triple digit sales increases. In fact, most tests in our Research Digest are the result of field experiments conducted with major Partners, such as Johnson & Johnson, The New York Times, Cisco and 1-800-Flowers.
We’ve partnered with organizations ranging from Fortune 50 companies to emerging businesses to drive breakthrough financial gains and provide sales and marketing enablement.
We then identify patterns in the experimentation across Research Partnerships and create methodologies and heuristics that all companies can use to improve their ability to serve customers and improve bottom-line results. These methodologies and heuristics are taught through our educational offerings: in-person workshops, customer training, online learning and academic partnerships.
